Purpose and period of personal data processing at BioText – Marta Żyto
At BioText – Marta Żyto, personal data is processed only for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes and is not further processed in a manner incompatible with these purposes. The period of personal data processing is directly based on legal regulations and is appropriate for the purposes.

Recipients of personal data
For the purposes of the GDPR, the recipients of personal data are not public authorities that may receive personal data as part of a specific procedure in accordance with Union law or the law of a Member State. Personal data will not be made available to entities other than those authorized by law.

Individuals whose data is processed in accordance with the GDPR have the right to:
- Access their personal data;
- Request the controller to rectify, complete, erase or restrict the processing of their personal data, as well as to object to such processing - in situations provided for by law;
- Withdraw, at any time, the consent given for the processing of their personal data, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent prior to its withdrawal;
- File a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the President of Personal Data Protection Office, if it is considered that the processing of personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.
- In the processing of personal data under the GDPR, there is no automated decision making on the processing of personal data, including profiling.
